SUMMARY:GoFundMe - Refurbish Vandalized John Lewis Memorial
DESCRIPTION:Less than a week after the groundbreaking of the Civil Rights Institute of Southern California\, the massive mural in tribute to Congressman John Lewis’ life was defaced. \nThe mural was the first major project of the institute as it told John Lewis’ life story and encouraged viewers to think about justice\, voting AND all that Civil Rights leaders fought and continue to fight for. \nJoin us in funding the artists to restore the mural to its original state.
