Part-Time Program/Marketing Assistant

The part-time Program/Marketing Assistant will provide operational and administrative support for public programs and community outreach that aligns with the organization’s mission and goals. A collaborative and critical thinking individual, the Assistant will be committed to maintaining program and organization-based components needed for the site to run efficiently and effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Elements related to the following:
    • Assisting in programming and Community Outreach/Engagement
    • Supportive Operations
    • Assisting with marketing components
    • Supporting the Executive Director in operational components and collaborative partnerships


  •  One to two years of experience in office work, marketing and/or program development and implementation.
  • Experience in graphic/AV production and editing with software knowledge in Adobe Premiere is preferred.
  • Experience in the creation of marketing materials with experience using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator is preferred.
  • Additional fluency in Microsoft Suite with Excel expertise is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
