CRI Newsletter Volume 1 Number 1

Over 200 people helped us start the public phase of our $2 million campaign. You made the difference. Thanks to you, we are half way to our first million. Here are our plans for the rest of the campaign.

Mission Heritage Plaza

Mission Heritage Plaza has 72 units of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom affordable housing. These new homes will add workforce housing to Downtown Riverside. The development will also provide a new home for the Fair Housing Council of Riverside County.

CRI Planned Facilities

The Civil Rights Institute will serve the whole Inland region and be an active center for organizations involved in fostering civil discourse and furthering civil rights.

Walk of Fame Stories

Sponsors have paid $10,000 each to underwrite some amazing civil rights heroes for the Institute’s Walk of Fame. Three landmark civil rights legal cases are among them.
